Before you come

  3. Bring water

    Stay hydrated during your session.

  4. Listen to your body

I’ve been coming to Casa Pilates and trying out a mix of their Barre, Sculpt, and Reformer classes. Every single one has been fantastic. First off, the studio’s aesthetic is gorgeous and so welcoming. But what really makes the experience incredible is the instruction. Arianna is such a brilliant teacher! She is incredibly patient and somehow manages to focus on everyone in the room. She is always checking our posture, correcting our form, and ensuring we are doing every move safely and correctly. I also really appreciate that she always offers modifications whenever a move feels a bit too much for me. I’m already seeing real improvements in myself and my posture, so I will definitely keep coming back. Thank you, Casa Pilates! 💕

I have been attending a range of classes at Casa for a little while now and have loved each one. Arianna is incredibly kind, encouraging, and patient, and every class feels uplifting because of her positive energy. Each class leaves me feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed and the atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, making it such a joy to come here each week. I would highly recommend! 💛✨

Casa Pilates was introduced by a friend & since then I’ve been going to Arianna’s beginner reformer and barre classes at Casa Pilates Liverpool with my friends for around 2 months now, and we absolutely love it here. The atmosphere is always so lovely, welcoming, and comfortable, especially if you’re new to Pilates or barre. The reformer classes feel really personal because there are only 3 people per session, so Arianna is able to give everyone proper attention and guidance. She’s such a kind and encouraging instructor which makes the classes enjoyable and not intimidating at all.🥰 Me and my friends especially enjoy the barre classes as it’s become such a fun way for us to bond and catch-up while also getting a great workout. The studio itself is also super cute and aesthetic which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Casa Pilates to anyone looking for a friendly and beautiful studio in Liverpool 🩷🩷🩷🌸

I attended my first Reformer pilates class last year and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Arianna has an amazing talent for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making everyone feel comfortable from the moment you step into her studio. Arianna's excellent guidance on the various movements and how to use the equipment really helped me, especially as a beginner. Arianna always takes the time to ensure I understand the each exercise and it's benefits. I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to enhance their fitness in a supportive environment.
